The last I heard was that this thing got shut down (fraud 'n stuff <--- I believe that's the legal term they used), but not before selling these plots to a whole ton of people; among them David Letterman and some other high profile folks. I never understood how one person could just come along and claim something as thiers and start selling it. I mean, didn't the people who bought these plots question that? Guess not. The guy who ran this made an absolute killing.
