SSN 22 (Connecticut) had a polar bear chew on its tailfin last month when it surfaced near the North Pole.

Pretty amusing.

1)  What caliber gizmo they blasted it with

2)  What was served for supper that evening aboard the sub!

Hey man, this is the "new" Navy.  They don't just destroy whales eardrums with giant noisemakers from 500km anymore!

They reported it to Canadian Fish & Wildlife.  Or something.

That bear had some serious cojones biting a nuclear sub.
