If I was you, I'd be proud of 'em though...  Tore through the best two teams in the NHL, and now they're working on the third best team... Incredible...

My Asst. Manager is from Canada, and so is our Sales Manager. They haven't missed a playoff game at The Pond. For a mere $300 I could have attended one of the playoff games. :rolleyes:

I wouldn't pay $300 for a sporting event unless Magic and Bird somehow were back in their prime.

BTW.. GO Ducks QUACK!

Jesus how can all you CA people not root for your team?

The Devils dont deserve another cup. Best defensive team in hockey but they've ruined the fun of watching it for the most part.


I love the underdogs. Every Boston fan I know is cheering for the ducks too!

Say what you want about Kariya, the fact he came in and scored that HUGE goal after Stevens' leveled him was amazing. Talk about getting even.

Right after they SWEPT the RedWings...  (My Team)

You see, I love hockey. Even though my team was beaten in the first round by the Ducks, I continue to watch the playoffs.

So now I'm rooting for the Ducks...  Doesn't mean I'm now wearing an Anaheim jersey. Just would like to see the underdog win the Cup.  :-)  They deserve it.

You wouldn't say they dont deserve it.  In case anybody hasnt noticed the DUCKS play the trap too. And the Western conference finals was played by 2 teams that primarily played the trap. And if winning hockey is boring hockey then let me be bored out of my skull. Just like the rest of the NHL fans to blame hockeys problems on the Devils, back in 99 thru 2001 we led the league or were in the top five for scoring, (and we were still called boring) I guess if the DEvils scored more won less they would a much better team to watch according to the logic here. They are the best run organization in the league and the rest of ya just have sour grapes.  GO DEVILS, GO JERSEY.

And I'll try not to get too bored while I'm at game 7.

You're going to the game?????  Ya lucky bastage!

Both teams play the trap, and play it well. In fact, I can't remember the last time I saw two more similar teams in the finals.

I have been to every playoff game the Devils have ever been in except one. (at home of course) I will be in the lot tommorrow at 3pm getting the party started and hopefully it will continue late into the night. Tell ya the truth I scared to go, either going to be be on a great high or a devastating low by 11pm tommorrow.

BTW, I want the Ducks to win. But I have my doubts they'll pull it off on your home ice. Devils are absolutely brutal at home for some reason. For most teams, it doesn't make a difference. But for the Devils, it does. Nice hit Stevens put on Kariya btw... Jesus!

NJ - completely shut down the Ducks' offense.

Giggy - the ONLY reason that Anahiem made it as far as they did.

To the Jersey fans for not showing any class or sportsmanship (fanmanship?) and booing Giggy when he was awarded the CS.

Psst... I hear Bobby Clarke is going after Potvin... I smell another playoff run in Philly.  ;)
