Title: SB's and flat terrain

Must the whole 1 mile x 1 mile tile been flat when adding Shore Batteries and Acks? Or is it enough that only the 1/2 miles x 1/2 miles terrain under it is flat (1 blue cross and 3 green crosses)?

Object Reporter don't shows an error, if I use only 1/4 square mile flat under SB!

I generally reference MA terrains on stuff like this. Baltic (I think it's Baltic..) has SB's placed on very small areas of flat terrain in certain places. Have alook at AKDesert too. Loads of SB's on that map, should give you a definate answer.

I'm assuming you should be OK though, I know I've used/am using them on small areas of flat land.

Thank you for your info! It looks that SB's can be in a little flat terrain, but Acks not!
