Title: Monitor Search
Post by: Swager on June 01, 2003, 02:35:11 PM
OK.  Looking for a 20-21" CRT.

Not a Flat Panel.

1200-1600 resolution around the 85 to 95 Hz range.

Sony 21" CPD-G520P looks nice.  But $625.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I've got the Sony G500 21" flat tube monitor, and love it.  I paid about a billion dollars for it a couple of years ago, so $600 probably ain't too bad.  :)

Thanks banana.

I am also updating my machine.  My Pro Pedals went on the blink so I am going to order USB ones.

Looks like I am going witht he Sony G500.  It has 1600x1200 up to 85Hz refresh.  I do not run with Vsync off so the refresh rate in nice.

Hope to see ya up.  I will be up Friday for the TOD.  Even with the X45 Throttle rudder if I have to.  I should be easier pickings than I usually am.  :)
