Title: I demand one of you idiots help me
Post by: NUKE on June 05, 2003, 12:44:34 AM
........ with a CH Pro USB problem :)

I was flying the other night, went afk and came back to a crashed computer.

Ever since, I can't get AH to recognize anything other than one stick  out of three ( stick, throttle, pedals) Windows can operate    all sticks and calibrate them and AH lists the devices, but doesn't see the inputs of more than one.

I have :

Reloaded Windows upgraded direct x, Deleted AH and All CH gear, reloaded AH and CH drivers and control manager to no avail. Maybe something in the registry or system files missing or corrupt?

I  know how to map these sticks in AH, but nothing seems to work now. I also get weird mappings at random.....like the trottle will suddenly be mapped as the main stick.

Anyone have any ideas? I posted in Tech support but thought more people might be able to help over here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to remap all the axis/buttons for each stick in the AH mapper manually?

If you need help with that, let me know.

Nuke,

Are you using the control manager software ? If so, is each device logged in as the correct device number (wrt to the map you've created for AH)

Do you have a USB scanner? Mine sometimes creates problems with my CH USB gear. I keep it unpluged now and have no problems.

Win 98SE here.
