I hear everyone talking about it, but I don't know what it is. Someone mind telling me?

Think of it as a reward for doing well.

You gain perk points everytime you are victorious.  The amount varies depending on relative team numbers and what you are in vs. what you kill.

You can then use these to fly unbalancing aircraft/vehicles.

Perks is what you get if you stop picking La7 and get a real plane :cool:
