Title: The fire brigade

I think this could be a neat little strat feature. Of course, this is only my opinion, so it isn't imparative. I have noticed something about fires. They seem to burn until about 5 minutes before the building comes back up. This seems odd. Who in their right mind would try to construct a building while a fire rages? What would be neat is if a the fields had a fire brigade. After a building is taken down, these guys are dispatched immediatly to put out the fire. After the fire is out, then work on rebuilding begins. They could spawn from a small emergency buildings. If one of these buildings is destroyed, it could increase the reponse time and therefore the rebuild time of the buildings in question. Would this work?
