Awe, now I feel all guilty. Gettin' y'alls' hopes up that Dubya ain't a lyin' little POS after all, then crushing your hopes with the Pueblo link. I don't blame ya for comin' off like a snarlin' junk yard dog and all. Can't say I really deserve the "rolling eyes of death", but I'll get over that to, given a little time.

Yep, he's an idiot Yeager. There's really no need to point out the obvious, we've all seen his posts before.

Rush Rhetoric:101. When confronted with discomforting facts, label the revealer as an idiot and go on uninformed. What you deny can't hurt ya, right?

Ahh yes the old standby - you see if the USA has wmd then that means any country is allowed to have them.... It is, always, americas fault....

Ye but we have him and I don't think he would be allowed living with them.
He is very lucky he's an American or he prob. would be dead.

Well there's hope for that yet Scootter, don't forget Bush is just like Hitler!
-
The difference between you and I is that I come from the America that was attacked by the radical moslims. You come from that part of America that is sympathetic to the radical moslim attackers.

What fault are you speaking of Grun?
-
Everything of course. ;)
But the basic naive premise of that argument is that if perhaps the USA disarmed of wmd then maybe the rest of the world would follow too - so in effect it's America's fault there are wmd in the world. Otherwise it makes no sense to constantly point out that somehow it's unfair Iraq is not allowed to have wmd because the USA does too, as Arfann directly implied in posting this thread, unless you are attempting to draw either a direct moral comparsion or of course a causal relationship, ie Iraq etc. are only protecting themselves from evil USA wmd and so if USA really wants to rid world of wmd it must first get rid of its own. Naturally this implies a blind faith that foreign governments and their militaries will joyfully get rid of theirs out of reciprocal goodwill, which is of course a startling concept if you think about it as the people who propse such wild ideas are those most often expressing staunch distrust and attributing all manner of devious motives to the American government and the US military.

You mean you actually understood what ol' scootter said? His comment and your response both seem like gibberish to me. Someone care to translate to English?

Ahh, a simple statement from a simple mind. Arguing against our military aggression on a secular tyrant is equal to being sympathetic toward Moslem terrorists. Are you comfortable in your little fantasy land?

Premises and implications are, in this case, in the eye of the beholder. Slain any kewl windmills lately?
