"The Collings Foundation Wings of Freedom Tour"
The Collings Foundation B-17G and B-24J "W.W.II" bombers will be at Boeing Field (King County Airport) June 20 - 23, 2003.
The airplanes will be parked at the Museum of Flight and are scheduled to arrive at about 2:00 p.m. on June 20th. As in the past you can tour the airplanes while on the ground and arrange for a local flight, an experience that will long be remembered. Flights are made early morning and late afternoon.

Will be there Sat. again...haven't been inside the B24 before...10am opening as usual I assume?

Yes, the museum opens to the public from 10am-5pm.
Ripsnort, let me know what time you intend to show up and I'll try and get down to say hello. I got a chance to fly the Nine o' Nine in 97' for about 15 minutes. It was quite the "boner" and I have the whole thing on tape.
