mmmmmm fresh guac...  add a squeeze of lemon to keep it from turning icky..  the wife adds a couple shakes of Worcestire sauce to hers..gives a little spice:p

I love a fresh avocado. All I need is a spoon and some salt. It won't last long enough to need the lemon juice. ;)

Give me a big-arsed dollop of sour cream instead... or depending on the application, Mayonaise may be the ticket. None of this mush Gerbers green guacamole garbage for me. It's even spelled stupidly. :)
