It's The Junker Fock-Wulf Composite Aircraft, the lower component being a Ju88(H) with long fuselage.
Below from Janes Fighting aircraft of World War II.
"Although the germans had experimented with the varius composite aircraft combinations and had envisaged others of a more revolutionary type, the comparatively few composites which actualy operated had the Ju 88H as the lower component. The upper componet being either an Me 109 or a Fw 109.
Except on training flights no crew was carried in the lower component, all controls being operated by the pilot of the ME 109/Fw 109. The ju 88 was modified to incorparte a larg hollow-charge warhead and became in effect a flying-bomb for operation at short ranges. The composite was intended primarily for attacking capital ships and heavily-protected land targets.
The pilot approaches his objective with a glide and, at the appropriate distance, release his aircraft from the lower component and climbed away. The Ju88 continued in a glide on its set course. During flight the engines of both the upper and lower components were running. Particuarly if fuel for a longrange was to be carried, the load on the landing-gear of the Ju88 was excessive when on the ground. For this reason a thrid jettisonable oleo-leg was added experimentally under the fuselage of the Ju988."
-may be some spelling mistakes sorry about that-

History Channel has an intersting "German kamikazi" episode that explains these.

they used the Ju-88 as a flying bomb, the top a/c flew the bomb to the target, lined it up and released. Called Mistel if i remember correctly!

This paticular thing is not kamikazi.
The ju88 was unmanned on actual missions but manned on training flights.
