I wonder if the spin/stall characteristics will be as realistic as possible for each plane ? Maybe a realistic FM with these incorporated and a easy FM without ? High-speed stalls and such would make a world of difference to combat. Oh and the clouds (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

hehe howabout real stalls period. In warbirds it's impossible to stall without dipping a wing, even in a P-38 or with the engine off. Ok I don't have my pilot's license but I've flown real ac a few times and it is possible to just enter a good ol', regular, generic stall. Ik, I have America's Hundred Thousand which has test pilots' handling reports on each US Fighter. They all dropped a wing on the stall.
The only guys that should be saying anything about stall behavior of a Warbird are those who have flown the Warbird in question.

P.S. Be careful what you ask for buddy! That Me 109 assymetrical slat deployment is going to be a pain in the rear for us Luftwaffles!

I need to get HT to tell you guys about the P-51 stalls.

Want to *see* WWII aircraft and how they stalled? It's as easy as heading to Zeno's
and watching the films:

It's as close as I'll ever get to seeing a real WWII aircraft stall.

Nice web page! Thx for mentioning it.
I do have one question though.....
are those presentations mathematically correct in respect to size, given the FOV, pixel count and monitor size?

Snap !
...FOV ? Might this be a tacit mention of one of my own P.T.'s, (Pet Technicalities) ??
