There is new info up on the 3DFX website regarding their new graphics card developements. I think we soon will get nightmare framerates  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
1.47 Gigapixels / sec fillrate should boost AH even more.

Naa..the G-force 256 cards from Nvidia will kick the 3dfx cards butt.

You guys make SURE you RAMPANTLY post the official release of the G-force card when it comes out.  I don't want to miss out on that one!

So you believe the onboard T&L will give AH a boost do ya?  I don't.  We're not talking an intense poly situation I don't think.

This looks like a fill-rate limited deal to me, and the V4/5 will kick the GeForce's butt in the fill rate department.

The clincher for me is full-screen anti-aliasing.  It is the #1 feature I want, and makes every game instantly look much much better IMHO.  The first card that can do that at 1024x768 and 60fps get my $.  AFAIK, the GeForce can't do it.
