Title: Found the ammo image - need the energy chart

Ok, here's the image Pyro posted some time ago under a thread named "Can you identify this round?" or words to that effect.

Later, Pyro posted some information about dissipated energies at various distances.  Does anyone have that information?  I can't find it on the BBS although I'm sure it's there somewhere. :)
