Is this Ripsnorts? Looks like a washington plate, theres a BMW in the background by a nice garage - possibly carpeted -  and an American flag proudly waving in front of the home. And we know he has plenty of black electrical tape from seeing what he did to the front of his 330... :)

I think you underestimate the strength of 5,000 rolls of electrical tape Boxboy.

Besides, black duct tape don't shine like that in the sun... its a lot duller.

I dunno, swulfe.  Those look like wide strips, which would lead one to believe duct tape.  Could be electrical tape tho...

Electical tape comes in sizes up to 2" wide, it just looks way too shiny to be duct tape to me.

My vote's for it being black cloth (duct) tape.
It does come in a gloss finish and would hold up better as its adhesive is stronger. Electrical tape stretches too easy nor does it stick as well.
