Title: A helping hand.
Post by: daddog on June 28, 2003, 07:55:15 PM
A couple of days ago in the CT I rolled from a forward field and heard lots of chatter on the range channel. A swarm on 109’s were over 3 or 4 of our guys. One by one my brother in arms were going down. After a couple of minutes I was visual range of several dots low my 12. I leveled out at 5k and headed that way to help out. Rolling on my side I saw 56cHef surrounded. My comment to him was “ I see you have em right where you want them”.  I rolled over and dove to give him a hand, not that he wanted it. :D

LOL Darn near. I bagged one and scatterd the group, but I don't think either one of us drove home.  I should have kept my e up but I went into the knife fight trying to clear his six.  38 is such a big target!

But I do remember he lasted longer than I. :D
