Check this program out. The thing works like a charm and its great for business trips where the "wake up call" doesn't get made sometimes.

You can do the same thing with the Windows Scheduled Tasks thingy.  :)

never needed one.

 anytime I'm on the computer one of the kids comes up every 15 minutes to tell me how long I've been on:rolleyes:
