Title: a small poll.....
Post by: NOD2000 on July 01, 2003, 04:17:49 PM
just say yay or nay.......

i know gun jamming is not implemented into AH I but if it is in II do you think that the P-51B should have its legendary problem of guns jamming under pos g's?

every book i have ever read that is about a pilot who flew a p51b in the war, said that was a HUGE problem with the plane.

Sure!

We already have random things that can fail, e.g. other players or bombers warping right into you to cause a crash.

Why not have something that randomly fails and even existed in reality?

Where will it stop.  Gun jamming falls into the same category as gun freezing, and overheating.  I dont have any literature on the subject, but heard Chuck yeager say in an interview that , the .50's would burn the barrels after about 3 consecutive seconds of firing.
I personally, wouldnt mind any of the realisms being introduced,
but the "I PAY MY 15 DOLLARS A MONTH AND IF I WANT TO SHOOT MY GUNS, THEY BETTER GORD DAMMED WELL BE READY TO GO, OR ELSE I'LL QUIT AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT" crowd carries a lot of wieght in the MA.

Fine, have Man settings as an option for the CT and ToD.
