im looking for a program (something i can download) where it can change a different country's website into english.

i see all these cool dutch and german websites but i cant read them.

I understand all the dutch websites I stop at... but they're mostly pictures.

I don't know about something you can download, but if you go to AltaVisa (http://www.av.com), there is a link to a translator program (Babel Fish) that provides translations of web pages from German to English, but it doesn't provide Dutch translations.
