Title: HQ rebuilding Skuzzy post please

Guys You can not rebuild a hq if its not destoryed. This is st8 from skuzzy and DALE. During testing of big isles I thought we had hq bug because we coldn't rebuild HQ with just 1 dar dead. So I told skuzzy and dale about it. Was told IF we COULD rebuid HQ  that wasn't  destoryed completely THAT would be a bug.



 You can't rebuild a HQ that is not destoryed completely. You may think your doing it but its just trains taking supplies that is  doing the job.


Again not being able to resupply HQ half down is NOT a bug.
