Congrats Udet! you're experiencing something I think alot of us wish we could do but due to time, money, whatever the case, we cannot. I envy you! I'll be there one day, just not at this time...

Rip...I feel you.
 I had my disco flight almost 4 years ago.
I had this summer off and my father gave me enough money to take me pretty far into training, but I don't think it's enough to get my license, but right now I don't think about that and just enjoy myself.

yeah it was climbing like a P47D30 without fuel and ordnance :)
however, I could also feel turbulence more acutely


Yeah it feels really good, I just wish my first landings had been better. Doesn't matter much, my instructor couldn't see them from where he was :)
