Think so.  Haven't used it in at least a year.  Used to have a .rm file converer program, but lost it in a reformat and haven't bothered to get it again.  

There's also some site out there that you can download old (less obnoxious) realplayer versions.  

realplayer can suck my arse.

LOL. Yeah. I just wondered. They really hold users in contempt, don't they - stealin your associations and so on. I'm sticking with WMP but I might pick up the older G-2 RP for the odd clip...

I am on a one-man campaign to expunge any trace of that turdware from all PCs I come into contact with.

As much as I hate it... it is use by a couple of I-radio sitws I would not be without.

It isn't all that bad as long as you restrict yourself to installing it on other people PC's  :)

What I hate the most about it is that it turns itself on when it plays a file for realplayer. You then have to get into the config file and un click it so it doesn't automaticly comes on on start up. It's a resorse hog.

Yes, I just had to disinfect my PC when I updated it a few weeks back.  It took me several days to catch and delete all the crap that tries to accesses the internet after it was loaded.

My PC locked up one night when flying AH.  I found out it was Real Player trying to access the internet for some reason.
