Where'd you get that definition?
Webster's College Dictionary:
Pornography 1. writings, photographs, movies, etc., intended to arouse sexual excitement, esp. such materials considered as having little or no artistic merit. 2. the production of such materials. [1840-1850; < Greek pornograph(os) writing about harlots (porno-, comb. form of porne harlot + graphos graph)]

The context in which I used the word is very common and doesn't neccessarily involve sex.
I'm not that bothered, but if you want to continue this by email, please do. And leave the personal attacks out.

Strange how they added a definition to it not of sexual nature since the word is derived from whoring/prostitution.

I didn't go to dictionary.com to look at the precise meaning before using it. That context is used all the time.
It's a way of underlining the sordid nature of something, I guess.

You ask some guy on a street corner for a studmuffin and youll get punched... or worse... shown exactly where youll 'fit in.'

Agreed that context is used all the time, it seems more of a bastardization of the word than the true meaning.
Naturally since it now also means things of a grotesque nature, you didn't use it wrong... just seems like it gained that definition through years/centuries of misuse.
Was the hippy thing what you took as a personal attack? It was more of a jab, an attack I would be sure to sink your battleship.

There is this comedy that was made in the US a while back, you may have seen or heard about it.. or maybe not. Dunno, but its funny as hell, called "Don't be a menace to south central while drinking your juice in the hood."
Theres this one scene where a bunch of thugs are sitting around a table eating chicken wings, wearing a whole crap load of jewelry, and bandanas around their heads talking. The lead thug just got out of prison and was talking about something, I forget, but then he goes, "Like when you're in the prison shower, watching the soap run down the crack of a man's bellybutton mm mmmm."
The whole movie is hilarious, but you just reminded me of that scene.

studmuffin is used for the same thing over there as it is here only its also slang for a ciggie
