Youngest I know of is Hawklore at 15. Stamper is probably one of the oldest at around 80... I'm pushing 50. :)

I'll spill the beans.

I am only 12, yet i am an actual pilot training in connecticut. I have seen an 8-year old before though.

Ripsnort's eldest son used to fly on his own account (Geeman wasnt it?). When I say fly, I mean it, didnt need any help from his Dad. He's 6 I think.

despite the problems some have had with him... he's a decent stick. just has alot of teenage energy and gets all worked up fast.

i have run into him around the MA under various names for the last year or so. (i think like 3-4 different names)

My post refers to an identical one Sax needlessly tossed at me recently. I originally responded with a very banal remark whereas Sax replied here with an insult. Thus the exchange. The guy has some sort of problem w/ me. In Shane terms, he's humping my ankle. Since it's a bit cold outside, I'm willing to pass the time, for now.

Why don't you come join the Tas an you'll see just what a great old fart I am. I asked the squad to wave the 2 week thingie as a favor to there favorite Canadian and all is good . I'll even take up flying the 51 on a full time basis again.

ROFL Did he tell you that? Great guy, and I miss having him in our squad. Last I heard he was a Police Officer in Florida, and enjoyed fishing off the coast. I also know he sold a small private aircraft a while back and bought his wife a piano with the $. Now that is a man that is willing to sacrifice! I love my wife, but I am not sure even I could do that.
