I'll stop there because those are the only presidents I remember.
Reagan said some cool stuff, as did Bush and Clinton. I'm sure Truman said some pretty bad stuff himself.

Well with Truman.. the buck really did. I think was one of the Few BOLD presidents of the time.

With clinton, the buck never got there. Too many slips of memory and dead people for the buck to ever get to him....
