If not please hurry.

I think this pooch was screwed by more than just Gray Davis. Not sure this recall will do any good at all.

Uh... use a pen.  Start with the first letter of your first name.  Press the pen against the paper and slowly move the pen until it has made a mark on the paper that looks like the first letter of your first name.  Repeat for each letter of your full name.

Be sure to use the lines to keep you writing straight.

I'm with you MT, but just think about the message we can send. Wilson or Davis, watch out, you are not safe!

Come to think of it, I'm not sure who was the worse gov...

Dems, Reps they are all scum...

P.S.

For some weird reason I think w could be friends if we met some day.... ???

I dont wanna get involved in politics. I do obviously have my views and I try to keep informed of political developments - but I dont wan to get personally involved - like for example campaiging or voting for somebody.

I think thats my right, isn't it?

I am registerd to vote, if that makes you feel better... :)

Grun, I used to have a similar point of view about voting. The thing is... no matter how up to date you may be on who is running and what they stand for it is all for naught if you don't vote.

My father-in-law made the point to me very directly one time. I had just entered a discussion with him and others in the family about the upcoming elections (this was in the late 60's if I recall) and after listening to what I had to say he asked me "Are you going to vote?" I said no and explained my reasons why and he said "If you are not going to put your money where your mouth is by voting then your opinion has no value at all."  I thought he had a point and made it a point to vote from then on.

I agree... In a big way I think it's great (no matter if one supports Davis or not). Not only does it send the politicians a message, it also sends a pretty good message to the citizens that they *can* in fact make a difference. It's a nice, immediate demonstration or reminder of "for/by/of the people" that's rare to see.

I can understand not wanting to campaign, but you're vote is important (even if I possibly don't agree with it). Personal involvement in the political process of the United States isn't just a right, it's a duty, IMHO.

I would find it tough to complain about a process I don't participate in.

Oh and Meitla...... are you making a pass at me?
