This happened last night...
Stopped for a beer on the way home.I was reading a paperback when this pretty girl asks me what I'm reading.I show her the book(Dean Koontz-Watchers)and ask her if she's ever read it.
She responds,"No I like to read non-fiction."
I reply,"Oh,history?"
She says,"No,mainly biographies.I'm thinking about buying Hillary's new book."
My response,"I thought you said you liked non-fiction?"
I swear it came out before I had a chance to stop myself.

Driving off a pretty girl is easy. Driving onto a pretty girl without making her ugly is the hard part.
-
lol x 2 :D

Sig material from Gronk. :)
WTG Sox.
I find that telling a woman absolutely anything about computer games or my computer gaming habits is instant "Game Over". :)

So you're saying I shouldn't look up my old high school prom date while I'm in Indy for a flight sim convention? :D
-
Tarmac: Only if you explain your presence in Indy with a suitable lie which does not involve computer games. :)

That is frikken awesome. Salute to you sir. ;)
You guys need to loosen up a bit though. Computer games, nerdy books and **** - chicks love it - they just want to see you confident about it. All broads dig nerds - phoney tough guys are a dime a dozen - you dunno how good you have it.
Ive actually discussed ACM in a bar over a few beers (ok more than a few... I would not have brought up the climb rate advantages of the 109 in a pub with a total stranger if I was sober) with a girl I met that particular night. She was even asking questions about the differences between machine gun rounds and cannon rounds once I started explaining armament.
So I like aviation - sue me. Its a passion - thats what girls like to see - makes em quiver when you can speak intelligently on a subject not many people have interest in.
Think about it - how many guys do you think walk up to a girl with some cheese-d!ck line? How many of them does she blow off?
You start going off about low altitude dogfighting against normally aspirated engine Soviet fighters and shes so thrown for a loop she cant help but listen. ;)
YMMV

This past weekend I was going to my 20th anniversary high school reunion. As I'm getting my tie straightened prior to going out, my wife turns to me and says:
"Promise me you won't do anything embarrassing, like talking about your little flight simulators or computer stuff."
Needless to say, I spent most of the night talking to very few people other than my wife, and the few I did talk to I regaled with stories of competitive volleyball. :p

Tuck-back? No. Enlighten me?

Chicks dig flight sim talk....
You just gotta add the little kicker about how you are indepedently wealthy and just use it to kill time between trips to the Continent.

I skip all the BS and go straight for the gold, "I don't know the proper course of discussion for us to have intercourse tonite."
Its really that easy, it just costs a lot of money and a lot of antibiotics over the next several weeks.
