Title: annoying problem with USB HEADSET

I bought new Logitech Premium USB Headset 300.
I experience new problems

1. when i releas the PTT my screen freezes for a sec.
2. i have sound disturbances (i hear "TIKS" every 2 sec)

DirectX Diagnostic says:
"Your sound card does not support hardware buffering. sound only play back from software buffer"

Other games run just fine.

What sound card?  Remember USB has a fair amount of overhead.  I would have just stuck with a stereo min Headset
