Stayed under 10k (agl) this tour (42) and it made a hell of a difference for me. Went from 3.3kd last tour to 9.5kd (so far) this tour. Yeah, I got my dweeb la7 sorties in but most of my kills were in a Yak mixin it up low so :p

I got the idea reading one of Lazs posts.

Hey all you alt-monkeys...come down and play :) I dare ya.

yak is good down low.   I did the tour at under 6k agl but I used every plane in the set and my K/D went down.   It was a little difficult for me to jump around in the different planes  and get a kill and land in em.   I rarely go above 6k anyhow tho.

cripes.....6k it is then (for 43)....but I aint gonna fly em all, there are some that I'd rather not sit in.

thats the spirit..  yu shoulda seen how many guys I attracted in the LW planes at 2 or 3k above the ground...   The 47's got peoples mouth's watering too.   The planes with weak guns were the hardest tho... I could hurt the red planes but a green one would allways "help" me by finishing him off with their cannon.  

if you use all the planes tho you will get to set all the views.
