The good news is...
Crime is down.
The bad news is...
They still have a 164 muggings per day in London !

I bet a concealed carry law would cut that number to almost nothing :)

Course it might increase the two deaths by shooting and 16 wounded we suffered......probably not even a good Sat night by Texas standards.
