His characterization of Metallica's playing was not as upbeat as the reporter's too. (thought they didn't play enough of the old stuff)

I don't think that would stop even FD from jumping one. BTW, Metallica without Cliff is like the Beatles without John and Paul. :p

No Danzig didn't produce. The Danzig connection is Tommy Victor playing guitar for Danzig's current tour and writing/recording the next Danzig album.
