That is just a spinoff copy. Shame on 'Watchersweb.com' for stealing something from SomethingAwful.com and taking credit for it.

The original one only had the GI and HAVE A CUP OF STFU in large letters.

I was reading our campus newspaper in the cafeteria one day, and was shocked to notice that now-classic GI-and-cup picture and the caption said "How about a nice big cup of... Money for college!"  I believe it was for the national guard or something.  Absolutely hilarious.
