Stalin killed 30 million. What's another one or two?

Ironically Stalin's enemy did the favour for him.
The Duke along with thousand others in the film crews were exposed to massive amounts of radiation while filming in the nevada desert - right in the fallout area.
He wasn't the only one that died to cancer quickly after or like in his case, years later.

I'm sure the years and years and years and years of heavy drinking also played no role in his illness. Poor guy... he was snatched from us at the tender young age of 72.

Radiation hid inside cigarettes!
And Sixpence, the Duke did not overact. He wasn't an actor at all. As Peter O'Toole's character said in My Favorite Year, 'I'm not an actor, I'm a movie star!"
