i dont know which is more dumb. the guy that drives that suv, or the actual suv itself.

Those spinning wheels are absolutely the stupiest fediddlein thing I have ever seen in my life. I really like seeing $2000 worth of wheels and tires on a $1000 Caprice.

Did somebody ever splain to them that bigger wheels are heavier and make your car accelerate slower and handle worse?
-
all my friends drive a low rider, low rider ride a little slower.

Ya can't get much lower than a 1973 two-door Olds 98 with a .455 Rocket V-8 engine.:D

Oh come on Sandman, its DIVERSITY at its best! Where's your sympathy for the unique personality? Embrace differences and honor individuality! ;)

You're right... taking a $60,000 4x4 vehicle and slammming it is probably a great example of diversity.
It's an even better example of stupidity.

Just goes to prove my theory. 99 percent of all "off road" vehicles will never see anything but a paved or groomed gravel road.
It's like bringing a gun to a knife fight.

Id imagine 26 inch 'spinny' wheels would probably be closer to $10,000 than $2,000.
Hell, a decent set of track 17's costs $2,000 these days.

Reminds me of the movie "Malibu's Most Wanted". That's the type of vehicle you need to make a statement when people try getting all up on your private beach.

I've got a friend who's got a 96 tahoe that he takes off roading now and then. Last time he slammed into a stump coming over the side of a ridge at an angle...in the position he was in he figured he could hit the stump or risk tipping over his truck. Fortunately the bumper guard winch holder thingie took the brunt of it. I just can't imagine taking a $30k vehicle into the mud and risk smacking into a stump or sinking it. On the other hand, that hummer looks retarded. :)

BTW...LOL on the sig Saur ;)
