I went looking for info on max cruise for the 109, but there isn't any. Same for the 205, 202, Typhoon, and P-47. No info, just performance charts. I remember from an article I read, and posted, that the P-47D cruised at 1,800 RPM with a high throttle setting. 8 hour missions were flown using between 1,800 and 2,200 RPMs according to another article.
As for the Typhoon and others, I've got no idea what the max cruise settings are. Is the performance page going to get updated within a month?

P.S.: Good cruise settings for the Ju-88 are 32" MAN press with 2,300 RPM.

Found some of my 109 info for you:
(E-4)cruise speed: maximum 260.5 kt (300 mph; 483 km/h) at 13,125 ft (4,000 m) and economical at 175 kt (202 mph; 325 km/h) at 3,280 ft (1,000 m); (E) 348-354mph (560-570km/h)
