Title: using rudder pedals in vehicles
Post by: Mogi on August 01, 2003, 06:26:36 PM
Is there any way to use my rudder pedals to control the tank movement in driver position or turret turn in the top position?

You can use the rudder pedals to turn your ground vehicle in any position other than the driver's position.  It's set that way by default.

I'd like to set it up for driver's position as well, how does one do that (I've been away from AH for a few months)

You could remap the rudder axis, but I believe these mappings are global, ie the remapping would apply to planes as well.  So you'd either have to remap every time you switched between planes and GVs, or have your rudder axis and aileron axis reversed when in planes.

I can't think of a way for you to have it your way in both planes and GVs.
