In life, it is known that competition is good......
Competition helps to insure that the best (person/prodct/service) is chosen, at the best value.
If at any time, any one entity, is allowed to obtain sole acces to any marketplace, it can cause immense, irreversible, circumstances to occur in said marketplace.
