does cable and phone companies give away the list of what we download (MP3s, MPGs, and AVIs) to RIAA?

More likely that if served with a supena, they give Riaa your full name, address.

Riaa already knows what you've downloaded.  ISP's don't ussually keep track.

Burn it all onto CD's, wipe your HD, stop sharing & if you get a supena blame your little brother.
