Finland cruiser
2 were built - Väinämöinen or Illmarinen
I would bet that this is Väinämöinen

Well not a cruiser, more like a monitor thought finnish term was Armoured Ship (or coast defence ship).
Ships were able to sail in shallow waters due to their low draft, 4,5-5meters, but in open sea they rolled like he11.
Ship in first pic is most likely Väinämöinen, Ilmarinen was lost in very early part of the war (mine).
This ship was anchored east from Helsinki in a narrow but deep bay and Russian intelligence was unable to found it (gee wonder why...)

More info about Ilmarinen and Väinämöinen can be found from here (http://www.hut.fi/~jaromaa/Navygallery/index.htm)
