What scum.  He dumps the land and sells it to his Mom to try and get out of cleaning it up?  Throw his bellybutton in jail.

true dat, but it's been raging on since 92, with all the money they've spent they should just get a warrant to remove the damn tires...  I'm surprised they didn't include this in the patriot act :)
