I just got back into AH after my account was frozen. Now i notice this new RATING thing, what is this all about and what does it do?

It doesn't do anything and you can turn it off from "My Profile" if you like.

Your supposed to be able to rate people with it.  I don't think it works right.  

I have rated about 5 people, every one a 5 star rating. There were a few that had one vote and one star.  When I gave them a 5 star rating, they had 2 votes and a one star rating.  If they had no votes, after I gave them a 5 star, it showed them with one vote and a 5 star rating.  

It's not an average rating, so I have no idea what it means.
