This is kind of a re-post.
I'm going to be cruising at 25,000'+ in a bomber killer (Ta 152H, Me 262A-1, Fw 190, etc.) over the Rook 'front line'.
I'll be doing this for a couple of hours a night, 3 nights a week, between 1500 and 0000 HRS EST.
Please do me the favor of giving out 3 digit coordinates (first two are sector #, third is 'keypad'), estimated altitude, and estimated heading of any enemy level bomber at an altitude of 15,000' or greater.
I will in essence be 'on call' to intercept enemy level bombers conducting bombing runs from high altitude.
Ideally, I'll save my low level fighter driving Rook comrades the time it would take them to climb and intercept said enemy bombers.
If I'm not on an intercept, I am always available for high altitude escort duty.
So when you log in between 1500 and 0000 HRS EST, remember: ".radio 4 wulf14".
My coverage area will be around 4 sectors. I will regularly announce which 4 sectors. Estimated time to intercept a bomber at under 27,000' within one of those 4 sectors: ~ 7 minutes.
So if you are 'in the fur' near an enemy airfield, and spot an enemy bomber "way off in the distance", give me a quick report. 'The FHs, radar, and fuel tanks you save may be your own'. 8)
Always looking for a dedicated wingman...for when I kill so many damn enemy bombers - before they can hit a radar or some fuel tanks - that they start sending Me 262A-1s after me. 8)

Not to be a squeak, but for the sake of saving me reading time and to avoid clutter, only reply to this thread if you are going to be on when I am and feel like being a 'casual in-flight GCI' for me. Many thanks in advance.

Count me in :) Been hunting buffs with 190-A8 for practice lately. Unfortunately I hardly see any bombers at 20-30k when I've been on line recently :(

Same here. Unfortunately no buffs around so I've been forced to dogfight it. Great perk gathering machine that 190A8. Killed a couple of niks and a couple of spits in one mission, mucho perks! Unfortunately it was while the MA server was down and then the perk points were reset when the MA came back up. :(

sorry but buffs are my favourite easy kills in AH so I'll probably keep them to myself (my pony handles them quite easily). I'll give you a shout if I see more than 3 at once, after all, I'm not greedy. :D
