"NB: Note to ATI users
We strongly recommend using ATI Catalyst 3.4 Driver, because versions 3.5 and 3.6 may cause lock-ups in Perfect Mode. This problem may be solved with the next version (3.7) of the ATI drivers."

Since I'm using Catayst 3.6 looks like I'll just forget about IL-2 and focus on Target Flanders until 3.7 arrives.

Or not fly in Perfect mode, duh, which is just great water and somewhat better ground graphics mode. None which have anything to do with the overall gameplay.
It's amazing you can own the game, play it often, and not clue on the buzz words like "perfect mode". My friend flys with it but none of our other tournament ladder players do.
It looks good, but why if there is even a slight performance hit, or in this case, a patch bug, would you care?
How long you been in FB banana?

Well, I've only played a couple times, to be honest. I didn't know that the ATI problems were just in a particular graphics mode. IN that case, I'll download it and give it a try.
Thanks for the heads up, oh creamy one!

No problem, and what a quote.
At least we didn't loose the topic flow between those annoying large "Profile" "Buddy" and "Topic" graphics bars.
:D
