They listen... Really, has anyone EVER had the level of support and interactivity that HTC provides? It makes me feel like I/we are actually participating in the construction of this wonderfull sim. I'm not paying $30/month for the privelage of playing someone else's game, I'm paying them to custom build this game for me  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) And this is how it should be. All game developers should take note...

Yep.  The part I really love is how they let me build my own custom flight models.

Heck,
The only two that are worth mentioning at HTC are "Ronnie" & "Yankee"! They have to keep the rest of them straight, sober and bail them out of jail!  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

I sent a email to HTC one time and guess what?
OMG: I got an answer!! (Thank you Yankee)

One time, just before a Snapshot Event (before CM's), Ghosth called HTC to fix a problem. Guess what?
OMG: Someone answered the phone and helped!! (Thank you HT)

I was flying...err...crash and burning in the MA today. HT and Scuzzy jump in to check for any problems.

Just think, great service and lots o'fun for the price of a cup of airport coffee each day.

Yeah, I've seen several of my ideas and requests get into WB and now AH.  These guys' customer relations are amazing.
