okay so the dems screw the budget in california, so the governer gets recalled. so where's the petition to recall Bush at?

Right here (http://www.commerce.gov/).  Click either link to "Economic Indicators"....then start digging for another form of dirt...your desperation is showing. :D

you do realize that arnold cannot run for president there ripsnort. that whole have to be born in the US rule and all.
I'd like to see what happens with warren buffet. Being a liberal democrat it will be fairly interesting what he will say about the economy of california.

They tried in CA when Reagan was in office, but couldn't get enough support.  Don't hear about it much these days though, it's like the dirty little secret that won't get out if you just say recalls are bad enough times.
