Title: IL2:FB or MFS2004 ??help

I'm buying a game today, eather IL2:FB or MFS2004.  im stuck because i want both.  whats the cons and pro's to them?

I want IL2:fb because i love ww2 and i have the first IL2 and i love it.

MFS2004 intest me because i like flying but it has no guns? :( but i think it would be fun to fly 747's and such. I'm not a RL pilot and im afraid mfs2004 would be too hard (big learning curve) for me?


any input would be great!

MSFS 2004 is really a FS2002 add-on. Nicer clouds and optimized code (it actually delivers more fps than its predecessor).

I'd say go for FB but make sure your computer can handle it.

I have both, and have only played MSF2004 once or twice, kinda boring really, i would get IL2:FB.

If you have a log book showing all times you have taken off and landed in AH, get Flight Simulator.  If you like blowing watermelon up and killing (virtual) people, get FB.

I'd say it would be IL2:FB

FS2K4 is more entertaining if you bother to study things involved with flying.
...basically in the multiplayer networks.
plus you can try to become an air traffic controller in these networks.

Get FB and go kill folks.
