i had my password saved solely as an e-mail, however due to malfunctions i no longer have the e-mail client functioning correctly and i am now unabled to access my account information.

with a new e-mail address what would be the fastest way to validate my identity and retreive my previous information?

Call us, or send us a request and include the account information such as billing name, address and so on.  support@hitechcreations.com
