I don't know Udet, doesn't quite seem square enough for Ju 52 3m, maybe the single engine Ju52 1m?

Going out on a limb and say BV222.

The canopy looks very simular to a photo from here

There is no lower part of the gun turret showing that was mounted in the VIP version. /U1 was CE+IC, WkN 138, /U2 was WkN 138.

The Fw200 also had a V shaped windshield.

If that's the case, i was going to  guess again, somethin like a JU90 series, but I just checked out the link Milo laid on us, and I gotta go with you guys on this one.
