New WHQL drivers released a couple weeks ago. Working well so far and may have resolved an issue with another game. It updates all the mobo drivers except IDE. VOX still works great in AH http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_2.45

I've been running the 2.45s since their release, and unfortunately I'd advise avoiding them.
Nearly every game I run has had looping sound issues unless I back the sound acceleration level down. I've also gotten 3 nvapu.sys blue screens (one in AH). (I've NEVER gotten a bluescreen on this system with the 2.03s.)
There are beta drivers in testing, so I don't think the 2.45s will be around very long.

Wish I knew that before install. Only a few days for me but no issues yet. Bloom, did you go back to 2.03? I thought these drivers would be well tested since they were so long in coming.

I ALMOST did that last night, but I decided to pull back sound acceleration 2 notches until the next driver set is released. Supposedly, there should be a new driver set out very soon.

Bloom,
Still none of the issues that you describe but my board is MSI Nforce1. I haven't seen any change for the better or worse, so I would advise folks to stay with the 2.03s and wait for the next release which is supposed to have the new IDE drivers.

My board is nForce 1 as well. (A7N266-C)
I rolled back to the 2.03s Saturday. (The only difference is the
audio driver and audio control panel versions.)
